Debra has extensive senior management experience, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of the small business sector.
• She is also a highly experience business coach, trainer and mentor with national and international experience.

Debra has 20 years experience of owning and operating businesses over 20 years including in regional locations. She also has considerable knowledge of the needs of small business and regional economic development, gained from several years as CEO of the Small Business Centre of the Midwest Region in Western Australia.  Debra’s expertise in small business training and development includes analysing regional training needs, initiating and implementing workshops, and coordinating government funding.  
She has also worked in the Vocational Education & Training sector as a trainer and mentor, business coach, and on a number of industry projects including two international programs teaching business units at various locations in China.
