Don is highly experienced in business at all levels.  He has a strong Corporate background balanced with years of working into Government, Academia and Not-For-Profit companies.

• His qualifications include a Degree in Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Don has a unique blend of experiences to share.  He commenced as a qualified Engineer in the Automotive Industry, became a Manager and worked through several large organisations operating nationally and internationally.  He then moved into the Small to Medium Business Sector, working in and owning companies in Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Financial Services and Risk Management.  Then a change into Education saw him able to use all these experiences to help up and coming Managers get it right first time.  Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement continues to be a speciality.
