• Leigh is an experienced business coach who has worked in senior executive and management roles throughout Australasia for over 25 years. He is dedicated to helping passionate people achieve better results. Leigh’s unique ability to diagnose hurdles, to progress and to design and implement solutions tailored to suit his clients’ unique needs has earned him a reputation as one of the country’s most effective coaches.

• For the past 10 years, he has been Managing Director of his own successful coaching practice and as a Certified Master Coach, he upholds the values and ethics of the International Coaching Federation. He also has a Certificate of Marketing from the Australian Institute of Management and also holds a Bachelor of Education degree.

He has enjoyed working with owners and directors across a broad range of SMEs including service companies, telcos, textile manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and IT. He has also provided valuable process improvement and training for local and state governments.
