Robyn Pollard is an expert in business and management training and coaching, specialising in the small business sector. Her expertise has helped a number of her clients reach the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the BRW.

With proven expertise and a reputation for excellence in business coaching and training, Robyn established the highly successful Pollard Institute. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business, and Graduate Diplomas of Education and Quality Management
Pollard Institute is the result of Robyn’s passion to equip business owners to 'think outside the square' and lead their business to greater success whilst enjoying the journey. She has an extensive record of business and training success. Following many years as a teacher of business skills at TAFE, she became a Project Manager and Business Analyst with the ANZ Bank in Melbourne which was involved in credit card development. Taking her expertise to the small business sector, Robyn developed the highly successful 'Moving Forward Business Coach Program' which saw many businesses achieve unprecedented success.

Seeing a need for education and training particularly in the small business sector, she then started Pollard Institute to provide exceptional training and coaching services.
